These notes explain the processing of personal data when visiting the German-language website goeke.digital and when making contact. As of: September 25, 2026.

2. Provision of the Website and Hosting
The website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, owner René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. When accessed, your browser transmits technically required information to the web server. This includes, in particular, IP address, date and time, accessed address, amount of data transferred, response status, and details about the browser and operating system. A referring address may be transmitted if your browser sends it.
This processing serves the delivery of the website, error analysis, and defense against attacks. The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. The legitimate interest lies in secure and reliable operation. The hosting provider is involved in the processing as a technical service provider.
Technical log data are only stored for as long as is necessary for these purposes. In the event of a specific security incident, relevant data may be required for longer until clarification and, if applicable, legal prosecution. You can find further information about the provider in the Privacy information from ALL-INKL.COM.
3. Fonts, Images, and Local Functions
The German website loads its fonts, images, icons, and its own functional scripts from its own web server. The consent manager CCM19 explained in section 3a is excluded. Fira Sans and Inter are provided locally. When displaying these design elements, no external font or icon providers are contacted.
The website does not load any analysis or advertising trackers, embedded videos, maps, social media widgets, or external translation services before your selection. On the contact page, an external appointment overview can be activated with your explicit consent; details are provided in section 5. The menu, service overview, and internal search work without cookies and without permanent storage in the browser.
The internal search evaluates search terms within the browser. It does not send them to a search service. If a search address with a search term in the URL parameter is called directly, this address is part of the request to the web server and may appear in technical logs. Please do not enter confidential personal data into the search.
No analysis or advertising cookies are required for the local functions described. The storage of your cookie selection by CCM19 is described separately under number 3a.
3a. Manage consents with CCM19
For managing your cookie and service settings, we use CCM19 from Papoo Software & Media GmbH, Auguststr. 4, 53229 Bonn. When called, the consent manager is loaded from cloud.ccm19.de. This involves transmitting technically necessary connection data, particularly IP address and browser information, to the provider.
CCM19 stores your selection, an associated identifier, and the consent status so that decisions can be considered and proven. The current configuration uses local browser storage with a planned validity of 365 days. You can change your selection prematurely or delete the browser storage. After deletion, the query may reappear.
Consent management serves to fulfill our data protection obligations based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c GDPR. Technically necessary storage accesses for this expressly requested function are carried out according to § 25 para. 2 no. 2 TDDDG. Consent to an optional service is voluntary and can be revoked for the future.
. You can find the access on every regular page in the footer. If you open the settings, any activated calendar will also be hidden. The appointment overview can then be reactivated separately.
Information about the provider can be found in the Privacy policy of CCM19. The specific selection of optional services is explained in the consent dialog. Loading the consent management itself does not yet activate any analysis or advertising trackers.
4. Contact via email or phone
When you contact me, I will process your contact details and the information about your request in order to respond and prepare for a potential collaboration. The data will not be used for unsolicited advertising messages.
If the request relates to a contract or pre-contractual measures, Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR is the legal basis. I process other requests on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR; the legitimate interest lies in the appropriate processing of your message. If specific processing is based on your consent, Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR applies.
Requests will be deleted when their processing is complete and no further retention is required. Legal retention obligations and the securing or defense of legal claims may prevent earlier deletion. Access is granted only to persons and technical service providers who need it for processing or for secure operation.
The website does not contain its own contact form. An email link opens your email program; a telephone link opens your device's telephone function. For an initial conversation, please only send the information necessary for assessment. Unencrypted email is only suitable to a limited extent for particularly confidential documents.
5. Voluntary appointment booking via zcal
Alternatively, you can book an appointment via the external service zcal instead of direct contact. The provider is zcal, Inc., USA. On the contact page, you can activate the appointment overview by clicking "Load Calendar" or open the appointment page via an external link. Before you activate or open the link, this website does not establish any connection to zcal.
By activating, you consent to the loading of the external service and the associated transmission of your IP address and browser data. zcal may use cookies and comparable technologies. The legal basis for voluntary activation is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR; for accesses to your end device requiring consent, additionally § 25 para. 1 TDDDG. The activation is only kept in the working memory for the current page view and is requested again upon reloading.
With "Hide calendar and revoke consent", you can end the embedding for the future. This will remove the calendar, including its embedded document. Data already transmitted or cookies set by the provider will not be automatically deleted. A revocation does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out up to that point.
When booking, the contact and appointment details you enter will be processed to arrange, prepare, and conduct the conversation. For a contract-related inquiry, our processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR; otherwise, it is based on our legitimate interest in practical appointment coordination according to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
With zcal, processing may take place in the USA. The provider describes the inclusion of EU standard contractual clauses in its Data Processing Addendum. Information on processing by zcal, used service providers, and transfer conditions can be found in the zcal Privacy Policy and in the Data Processing Addendum.
Appointment data is required for the organization and follow-up of the conversation. It will be deleted as soon as this purpose is no longer applicable, unless there is a retention obligation or a legitimate need to document further cooperation. Booking via zcal is voluntary. You can also reach me by e-mail or phone.
6. Language versions and other external links
Selecting EN and FR leads to the existing language versions on en.goeke.digital or fr.goeke.digital, respectively. These are provided via a separate translation service. The German website does not load this service in the background. The respective language version is only called up when switching. Their technical processing must be assessed based on the data protection information provided there.
References to LinkedIn, professional sources, and other external websites are ordinary links. External content is not embedded here. When opening a link, the target website processes the data required for its call according to its own terms and conditions. For the use of external services, please refer to the privacy notices there.
7. Your Rights
In accordance with the legal requirements, you have in particular the right to information about your personal data, correction of incorrect information, deletion, restriction of processing, and data portability. You can revoke any consent granted at any time with effect for the future. The lawfulness of the processing until revocation remains unaffected.
Right of objection: If processing is based on Art. 6 (1) (e) or (f) GDPR, you may object to the processing at any time for reasons arising from your particular situation. If personal data are processed for direct marketing purposes, you may object to this processing at any time without giving any reasons.
You can lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. For Hesse, this is the Hessian Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information, Gustav-Stresemann-Ring 1, 65189 Wiesbaden. Information and contact details can be found at datenschutz.hessen.de.
8. Provision of data and automated decisions
No registration or user account details are required for a mere visit. When contacting us or booking an appointment, the details required to enable a response or to arrange the conversation are necessary. You are not obliged to use zcal for this.
No automated decision-making with legal or similarly significant effects, and no corresponding profiling, takes place via this website.
