Start with a shared task list
At the beginning, we record which results are realistic within the agreed timeframe. A task is assigned a responsible person and a verifiable description. At the same time, we identify dependencies: specialist information, access, design specifications, or feedback from other service providers. What cannot yet be decided appears as an open question. This overview prevents spontaneous wishes from displacing the actual priority or from multiple participants misunderstanding the same work.
Clarify responsibility also at transitions
A typical transition occurs between a new performance page and the subsequent processing of requests. It is not enough to simply publish the page. Texts, contact methods, delivery, and internal handover must align. I will undertake the agreed-upon strategic and practical work and coordinate interfaces with your stakeholders.
